The autoclave is intended for preparing various preserves at home. This speeds up the canning process several times.

Without emulsifiers, stabilizers, thickeners and flavor improvers - only natural products!

The cost of such products is much cheaper, and they are tastier and healthier than store products. The product is prepared in its own juice in tightly closed jars, thanks to which it retains many useful substances and vitamins contained in natural food. A temperature of 120 degrees kills all harmful bacteria, so ready canned goods can be stored for many months.

The tank is entirely made of certified AISI 304 stainless steel intended for contact with food and works with an electric heating element.

The autoclave does not have to be fully loaded, you can preserve any number of jars in it: from 1 jar to a full load.

A sturdy clamping mechanism holds the cover in place with multiple screws around the entire circumference.

The device is not exposed to metal corrosion and does not require careful maintenance or special storage conditions.

A special high-strength stainless steel alloy eliminates deformation of the autoclave.

Using a pressure gauge and a thermometer, you can always check whether the autoclave is working properly.

The cooking process itself will not require your direct participation. The safety valve will automatically maintain the required pressure.

Up to 3-4 hours faster than conventional canned food preparation technology.

Sterilization of canned goods at temperatures above 100° - 120° ensures the death of pathogenic microorganisms.

Contact with hot jars, pots, boiling syrups and marinades is reduced to zero.
